[RL with Kratos: Violin playing]
[Around noon she sneaks out from the school, thankful everyone is busy with lunch to notice her disappearance. Especially Jaimy. Ever since last night things had been awkward between the pair and she didn't know how to fix it. She still wanted to be friends, she knew that, but she wasn't sure where her heart was anymore. Not with how her mind was acting lately.

She did know that if she had started a song for Kratos then memory or no memory she intended to play it for him. She went out into an empty field, far from the view of the harbor, and waited for his arrival with her violin in hand. She lifted up her free wrist and twisted it in the sunlight, examining the bracelet she didn't remember getting.]

[After reaching Jacky's world, he heads to the town remembering what Jacky said about her location. He hadn't been here for quite some time now and even though he had been here before he had really just been following Jacky's lead. He isn't entirely sure where to meet her, but after searching for her he soon notices her in an empty field.

He knows he can't give anything away about their relationship for fear of confusing her even further if that was at all possible, and so he approaches her as stoically as possible, reverting back to his usual state of refusing to show any feelings he knows he shouldn't. He hasn't forgotten his idea either... though now he is here he feels even more concerned about going through with it.]

[Says quietly as he nears her.] Jacky?

[Jumps at the sound of his voice. She didn't realize just how nervous she was about meeting Kratos until now. After thinking about everything everyone had said to her and the things she did know about what had happened recently, whether she remembered them or not, she was beginning to wonder just what her relationship with Kratos had been.

Turns around to look at him and smile, placing her hands behind her back.] Glad you got here ok. You came from another world, right?

[Doesn't fail to notice her uneasiness around him already... he's not so sure if his plan is such a good idea now. He sighs at her words, not used to her asking such questions but knowing she can't help it. It seems strange that she doesn't recall anything now...]

Yes... it's not a problem. I have done it several times already after all. Has anything changed since we last spoke?

[Smile falters for a second before she catches it. She's never been one to let anyone see her upset, and she wouldn't let Kratos either, at least, she thinks she wouldn't. Really, though, the whole situation has troubled her more than she wants to admit. Shrugs her shoulders at his question.]

That's good, then. But... no. Nothing has changed yet.

[Watches her for a moment, noticing just how much this really is upsetting her... and he doesn't blame her. He notices the violin in her hand then though, and diverts his attention to that instead.]

[Holds up her violin and grins now. Playing her violin has always been a comfort to her, even now. Looks back at him now.]

Thankfully its something. I'm glad I didn't forget it at least. Would you like me to play the song for you?

[He's thankful the mention of the song brought out her smile again at least. He knows it will seem strange for her to play the song he's been waiting for so long to hear now when she doesn't even know who he is, but he won't be any less appreciative of it. He nods to her.]

[Lifts her violin up to her chin and takes her bow in her right hand before remembering the bracelet on that wrist. Takes it off and moves it to her left arm so it doesn't interrupt her playing. Lifts her violin once again, and takes a deep breath. Closes her eyes and moves the bow across the bridge of the violin to play the song for him.]

[Watches her play for a while, taking in the soothing sounds of the violin. He had already heard the song on the community now, but it was nothing like listening to it live and seeing Jacky actually playing it before his eyes made it so much better for him. He closes his eyes after a while and just listens, finding the song calming.]

[Listens to the music just as much as she plays it and can't help but notice the way it makes her feel. The tightening feeling in her chest becomes too noticeable and she opens her eyes to distract herself. Watches Kratos sitting there and wonders what he's thinking about as the song slowly comes to an end.]

[It takes a while for him to respond after the song finishes, the music still echoing in his mind. He soon opens his eyes again though and looks at Jacky, perhaps even a little sadly.]

[Notices how he looks at her and feels her heart tighten even more in response. Her mind may not remember him, but her body does. Hesitates a moment before stepping toward him and placing a hand on his cheek. Leans up and kisses the opposite cheek before pulling away and smiling at him, a little sadly.]

[Is a little shocked by her response, not expecting her to kiss him even if only on the cheek, considering she doesn't even know who she is. He gains a bit of hope then, and wonders if perhaps something is coming back, even if not a solid memory yet...]

[Bites her lip and looks away from him. Now she knows her suspicions were correct. There was something between them, and she thought about how much this must be hurting Kratos. It would probably hurt her if she knew everything, but she's just going off of what she knows now.]

There's nothing in my head about you, but... my body seems to respond differently. My heart's racing right now...

[Isn't quite sure whether to feel relieved or disappointed... he's glad that she hasn't forgotten the love between them in some form, but it still troubles him that she doesn't truly share any memory of him.]

[Nods her head slowly. She'd been trying to figure out who everyone she's talked to in the past few days is, but Kratos was the one that stuck out the most. And after talking more with him and the others she put it together herself.]

[Grits her teeth together, trying to keep from crying. It hurts her that she doesn't remember this. That she's standing beside the man she's supposed to be in love with but she can't remember who he really is. Whispering now.] What happened?

[Realises how upset she is but isn't sure whether he should comfort her or not... it's obvious that she doesn't mind being so close to him physically but until she remembers who he really is he can't help feeling there is something uncomfortable about them being together. He directs his thoughts to her question instead and replies.]

I said something I shouldn't have. I called you by another name. You left and returned here and then... this happened. That is why this is my fault...

[Breathing stills a moment as she thinks about what he said. Currently, she couldn't find herself getting angry about such a thing. But she knows that if she did love him, it would have upset her to hear such a thing. She wasn't sure what she was feeling anymore.]

[Eyes him curiously. He can't be serious. Angels are beings from the bible. Jacky wasn't even entirely sure she believed in them. But Kratos said he was one.]

[Searches for another way to explain but without going into his past life and the mechanics of the atrocities that happened in his world he knows he can't really do so... and doing that would only confuse her further. He looks around to make sure nobody else will see him but the field they are in is empty and they're far away from prying eyes.]

Just... let me show you. But remember, don't be afraid...

[And again, bracing himself for whatever reaction Jacky will give him, he reveals his wings.]

[Wasn't sure what he meant by 'don't be afraid' until he showed her what he meant. Can't help the look of shock on her face. Tries to keep an open mind about this but has no idea what to say. She keeps thinking about the bible, and what angels are supposed to be, but this is nothing like what she's heard.]

[Lands again, and conceals his wings feeling that Jacky has had enough. He's not entirely sure what to do or say to reassure her... it doesn't seem to have triggered any memories. Instead it seems to have triggered the same response as the first time she had found out he was an angel. Things had been different then... they were stuck on a ship together and had no choice but to try and get along, despite what Jacky felt about this new knowledge. Now though, she could simply run off. If she did so, he wouldn't try to stop her.]

It is real... in the same way that other worlds are real. And you did know all of this before...

[Can't stop looking at Kratos no matter how freaked out she is. Takes deep breaths. She used to be okay with this, so she should be able to get over this now. She just needs... time. Nods her head slowly.]
